No. At this stage we only accept the above forms of payment.

How can I track my delivery?

When you purchase on Henri Lloyd Australia digital store you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Use this tracking number to track your order. You can also view the delivery status of your order in My Account.

Who do you use for delivery?

We use Australia Post, Australian Air Express, Couriers Please and Direct Freight Express for our deliveries depending on where the goods are being delivered to and timeframe needed.

Do deliveries require a signature?

Yes. To ensure the security of your order a signature is required when a delivery is made.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Can I exchange an item that was purchased online at Henri Lloyd digital store?

Yes. The easiest way is to return the item to either Henri Lloyd Chatswood Chase or Henri Lloyd Crows Nest retail stores. You can visit our Refunds & Returns page for more information or contact the stores for more details.

I cannot reach a Henri Lloyd store, how do I return an online purchase?

If you can’t access a Henri Lloyd signature store in Sydney you can return your item by completing the Online Returns Form and send it with your item and original receipt of purchase to the below address. Please see Refunds & Returns Policy for more details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel your order by calling Customer Service on 02 9638 4188. Please note we aim to despatch your items as quickly as possible, so will not be able to make any changes to your order if it has already been despatched.

Can I get my purchases gift wrapped from Henri Lloyd Australia digital store?

Yes. We offer a complimentary gift wrapping service for purchases made at Henri Lloyd Australia signature and online stores. Please specify this in the comments section at Check Out.
